Measuring Tape/Ruler Scale Calibration Procedure

1. Purpose and benefits:

This procedure is designed to maintain the correct use and accurate measuring ability of all measurement tapes / stainless steel scales used throughout the factory and in the measurement work for its production. Which describes the calibration method and accuracy of our factory measurement tape / stainless steel scales.

এই পদ্ধতি ফ্যাক্টরির সকল জায়গায় এবং ইহার উৎপাদনের জন্য পরিমাপন কাজে ব্যবহৃত সকল ম্যাজারমেন্ট টেপ/ষ্টেইনলেস স্টিলের স্কেল-এর সঠিক ব্যবহার ও সঠিক পরিমাপ করার ক্ষমতা বজায় রাখার লক্ষ্যে প্রণয়ন করেছে। যা আমাদের ফ্যাক্টরির ম্যাজারমেন্ট টেপ/ষ্টেইনলেস স্টিলের স্কেল গুলোর ক্যালিব্রেশনের পদ্ধতি ও যথার্থতা বর্ণনা করে ।

2. Responsibility:

The Section Supervisor, QC, PM / Quality In-charge and QAM will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of this procedure respectively.

দায়বদ্ধতাঃ

এই প্রসিডিউর বাস্তবায়ন ও বজায় রাখার জন্য দায়বদ্ধ থাকবেন যথাক্রমেঃ সেকশন সুপারভাইজার, কিউ.সি, পি.এম/কোয়ালিটি ইনচার্জ এবং কোয়ালিটি ম্যানেজার ।

3. Ideal material:

Stainless steel scale that must have a valid calibration certificate.

আদর্শ উপাদানঃ

ষ্টেইনলেস স্টিলের স্কেল যার বৈধ ক্যালিব্রেশন সার্টিফিকেট থাকতে হবে ।

4. Calibration Procedure:

1. Measurement tape / stainless steel scale calibration should be done by the person in charge of the factory.

2. Measurement tape within 60 days or 2 months and scale calibration of stainless steel within 1 year.

3. "Measurement tape/stainless steel scale calibration record sheet" must be used for calibration of measurement tape.

4. Measurement tape and stainless The steel scale used for calibration must be clean.

5. The measuring tape should have a controlled temperature of <18 ° C or> 24 ° C for the calibration area.

6. Using stainless steel scale 1cm / 1 inch, 30cm / 12 inch, 50cm / 20 inch, 100cm / 36 inch and 150cm / 60 inch these 5 different points need to be measured and recorded.

ক্যালিব্রেশন পদ্ধতিঃ

1. ফ্যাক্টরির দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত ব্যক্তি দ্বারা ম্যাজারমেন্ট টেপ/ষ্টেইনলেস স্টিলের স্কেল ক্যালিব্রেশন করতে হবে ।

2. ৬০ দিন বা ২ মাসের মধ্যে ম্যাজারমেন্ট টেপ এবং ১ বৎসরের মধ্যে ষ্টেইনলেস স্টিলের স্কেল ক্যালিব্রেশন করতে হবে ।

3. ম্যাজারমেন্ট টেপ ক্যালিব্রেশন করার জন্য “ম্যাজারিং টেপ/ষ্টেইনলেস স্টিলের স্কেল ক্যালিব্রেশন রেকর্ড শীট” অবশ্যই ব্যবহার করতে হবে ।

4. ক্যালিব্রেশনের জন্য ব্যবহৃত ম্যাজারমেন্ট টেপ ও ষ্টেইনলেস স্টিলের স্কেল অবশ্যই পরিস্কার হতে হবে ।

5. ম্যাজারমেন্ট টেপ ক্যালিব্রেশন করার জায়গার জন্য নিয়ন্ত্রিত তাপমাত্রা <18°C অথবা > 24°C এর মধ্যে থাকতে হবে ।

6. ষ্টেইনলেস স্টিলের স্কেল ব্যবহার করে 1cm /1 inch, 30cm /12 inch, 50cm /20 inch, 100cm /36 inch ও 150cm /60 inch এই ৫ টি ভিন্ন পয়েন্টে ম্যাজারমেন্ট করতে হবে এবং রেকর্ড রাখতে হবে ।

5. Reasons to fail and to do:

1. Multiple point measurements for calibration should be added if the tape is unusable if it is outside +/- 0.05 ”(1/16”) or (50.8 mm) 1mm (about 2%).

2. Check the metal clip attached to the end of the measurement tape and the complete tape, the marks to be measured, and the looseness of the tape. Ineligible.

3. Deposit the unusable or discarded tape / stainless steel scale by the person in charge of the factory and inform the Perses Department and submit it to the store for return / distribution.

4. The latest measured instruments need to be re-measured with the correct calibrated tape with the scale of the discarded tape / stainless steel.

ফেইল করার কারণ ও করণীয়ঃ

1. ক্যালিব্রেশনের জন্য একাধিক পয়েন্টের পরিমাপ যোগ করে দেখতে হবে যদি +/- 0.05” (1/16”) অথবা(50.8mm) 1mm (প্রায় ২%) এর বাহিরে হয় তবে টেপ ব্যবহারের অযোগ্য ।

2. ম্যাজারমেন্ট টেপ-এর প্রান্তে লাগানো মেটাল ক্লিপ ও সম্পূর্ণ টেপ, ম্যাজারমেন্ট করার মার্ক সমূহ ও টেপের শিথিলতা চেক করতে হবে, যদি টেপ-এর কোন অংশ ক্ষত/মার্ক সমূহ অস্পষ্ট/ধারালো/Wavy থাকে এবং সম্পূর্ণ টেপ মসৃণ না হয় তবে টেপ ব্যবহারের অযোগ্য ।

3. ব্যবহারের অযোগ্য বা ফেল করা টেপ/ষ্টেইনলেস স্টিলের স্কেল ফ্যাক্টরির দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত ব্যক্তি জমা রাখবেন এবং পার্সেস ডিপার্টমেন্ট-কে অবহিত করে রিটার্ন/ডিস্ট্রয় করার জন্য স্টোরে জমা দিবেন ।
