Internal Communication


Internal communication is the most important part of an organization. Effective progress of an organization mostly depends on internal-external communication. today we'll discuss internal communication procedures.
1.      Purpose
The purpose of the procedure is to provide a guideline to all the employees of an organization about maintaining communication.


2.      Scope
All the sections, departments, and employees of an organization.

3.      Responsibilities
Head of HR and QMS Responsible for directing activities relating to this procedure. Where other functions have a responsibility, they are so indicated.

4.      Procedure:
4.1   Internal top down communication:
4.1.1         The top management passes out the decisions through memos, e-mails which are circulated and Acknowledgement of receiving is recorded through signatures in memos itself.
4.1.2          The managers then communicate with the workers through a notice in the notice boards and circulation.

4.2   Internal bottom-up communication
4.2.1         The workers communicate with their supervisors through reports.
4.2.2          is then consecutively passed to the higher the authority with edition and compilation by managers HR or QMS Team Leader of the company.
4.2.3          The company has established a procedure to communicate with external interested parties regarding QMS. This procedure includes feedback from customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

4.3   External communication:
All necessary information for the public concerning us is transmitted through circulation and advertisements in the e-mails websites.
4.4   Open communication:
Rather than that Millennium use PA system, display board, placard, training, and meeting to communicate with employees.
